Kentaa connects with Xapti CRM
Every fundraiser knows how valuable data is. Organisations prefer to have a 360-degree view of their donors and also want to know how and how often people take action for their organisation or make a donation.
The Kentaa Framework is used daily by many organisations, foundations and associations for Crowdfunding, Event fundraising and Peer-to-Peer fundraising. These forms of online fundraising create many new relationships. A link with a CRM is therefore of great value! Xapti is a Dutch CRM solution specifically aimed at smaller non-profit organisations that raise funds or have members, such as foundations, 'friends of' -, arts & culture -, patient -, and welfare organisations. Since many users of Xapti non-profit CRM also use Kentaa, a connection has been made between both platforms.
The first customer to use this link as a beta version is Lume, a global movement of women who inspire, motivate and help each other to share the faith. From 26 March, donations generated via their Kentaa platform will be automatically read into the Xapti CRM platform. Lume receives the information about the donations in their Xapti CRM environment and can follow up immediately.
In the future, Xapti and Kentaa hope to help even more organisations with this link so that the data generated on the Kentaa action platform can be used optimally!
